I would not even call this a hike… I found the tourists that flood in from the Banff Springs to be over whelming. Tourists just do not give off the friendly vibe that you get from fellow Canadians out hiking. Don’t get me wrong, this area is extremely beautiful (everyone should see it at least once) it has just been impacted by the tourism industry so greatly that it feels more like an amusement park than a genuine hike. I would recommend this hike if you wanted to show a group the Banff area that is at a low level of physical fitness.
